OUR SHIPPING POLICY

At Pure Form Actives, we are dedicated to ensuring that your orders are delivered to you in a timely manner. Our shipping methods are reliable and cost-effective, designed to get your activewear to you as quickly as possible. We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, ready for you to enjoy.
We believe in transparency, and that's why we aim to keep our shipping costs reasonable and clearly communicated. This way, you can shop with confidence, knowing exactly what to expect when it comes to the delivery of your Pure Form Actives products.

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days

  • Orders placed on weekend or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times 

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 3-7 business days

  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1-3 business days 

Tracking 

  • Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email

  • Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update  

Shipping Costs 

  • Flat rate standard shipping: $10 

  • Flat rate express shipping: $15

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150 

  • Free express shipping is available on orders over $300

Lost or Delayed Parcels 

  • Once your order leaves our warehouse, it's in the care of the postal/courier service 

  • If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us at pureformactives@gmail.com, and we'll do our best to assist

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our return and exchange policy is designed to make sure that you feel confident when shopping at Pure Form Actives. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward process for returns and exchanges. 


We believe in the quality of our activewear, but we understand that preferences can vary. That's why we want you to shop with peace of mind, knowing that you can easily  exchange items if needed.
Our customer support team is here to assist you throughout the return and exchange process. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're committed to ensuring that you are completely happy with your Pure Form Actives experience.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order 

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

  • We cannot accept returns on final-sale items 

Returns 

  • To request a return, email us at pureformactives@gmail.com with your order number 

  • Once approved, you'll receive return instructions 

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the itm is faulty)

Exchanges 

  • We're happy to exchange for a different size or colour (subject to stock availability) 

  • If your preferred item isn't available, we'll issue a store credit

Refunds 

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • We'll cover the return costs and send you a replacement or refund
